Jewellery Brand

9-person team · UK

A whole team trained in 90 minutes

A family-run, direct-to-consumer jewellery brand of around nine people.

The operation.

A family-run jewellery brand with two sides: bespoke engagement rings and an online collections business driven by a large social following. Around nine people on Shopify, Dubsado, Trello, and Instagram.

Mostly beginners, curious, with a founder who wanted the whole team to see what AI could do for the business.

The brief.

The founder's goal was not a single automation. It was to show the team what is possible, grounded in their real workflows, surfaced through a discovery call and a survey beforehand.

The frustration to solve: things slipping through the cracks as a consultative, multi-step bespoke process scales.

What we did.

A 90-minute session in one room. A short foundations opener, then five demos built on their own stack: a new Dubsado enquiry turned into a structured Trello card for review, a CAD drawing turned into a styled product render, the weekly Instagram and Shopify numbers pulled into a brief, an AI reading comments and drafting replies in the founder's voice, and a daily ops brief landing in each inbox.

Every demo ended with one thing to try on Monday.

What the room walked away with.

  • The whole team aligned on what AI can do for their business.
  • Two internal champions identified to lead adoption.
  • A materials pack and a two-week support window.
  • A finance follow-on scoped with a named internal buyer.
The session felt as though it had been designed from inside our business. Every demonstration connected to a real part of our workflow, and the team left with a shared understanding of what AI could do and practical ideas they could begin exploring immediately.

Methodology

Demos were tailored to the brand's stack and partly built on real assets supplied in advance. Outcomes describe the session and what came out of it, not later adoption.
