• Account information: email address (via Clerk authentication)
• Photos you upload for memory creation
• Usage data: app activity, feature usage (via Mixpanel)
• Technical data: device info, crash reports (via Sentry)
• Purchase history (via RevenueCat)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create AI-generated memories from your photos
• To process in-app purchases and manage credits
• To improve app performance and fix issues
• To communicate important updates

3. Third-Party Services

Your data is processed by:

• Replicate: AI processing of your photos
• Clerk: Account authentication
• Mixpanel: Analytics
• Sentry: Error reporting
• RevenueCat: Purchase management
• Supabase: Data storage

4. Tracking & Analytics

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Our analytics (Mixpanel) are limited to your activity within the TogetherAgain app only.

5. AI Photo Processing

Your photos are processed by Replicate solely to generate your requested output. Your photos are never used to train AI models. Photos are transmitted securely using encryption and are processed only for the purpose of creating your memories.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Photos and generations are stored until you delete them
• You can delete individual generations from the Gallery
• You can delete your entire account from Settings
• Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access your data via the app
• Delete generations or your entire account
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Object to processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Contact us for data export requests

For UK and EU residents, these rights are provided under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR respectively.

8. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell your personal information. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your data, and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Children's Privacy

TogetherAgain is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the email below and we will delete such information.

10. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
